General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.summingtech.com (the "Website") and your purchase of products ("Products") available through the Website.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Website, placing an order for Products, or clicking to accept or agree to these Terms when this option is made available to you, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.

2. General Conditions

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the Website.
  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Website. You must promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
  • Right to Refuse/Cancel: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us and may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. This includes orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

 3. Products, Pricing, and Payment

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, features, specifications, and details of the Products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the color, features, specifications, and details of the Products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors.
  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. The prices will be inactivated immediately when we put official notice on our webiste front page and/or NEWS page to inactivate them.
  • Taxes and Duties (Crucial for International):
    • Prices shown on the Website does not include any applicable taxes (like VAT, GST, Sales Tax) or customs duties.
    • For international orders, you, the customer, are the importer of record and are responsible for all import duties, customs duties, tariffs, and local taxes levied by the destination country. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance procedures.
  • Payment: Owing to some technical limitations, we currently could only accept XTransfer or T/T payment to our company account or VISA card by an individual. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are the authorized user of the payment method.  

4. International Delivery and Risk of Loss

  • Shipping Limitations: We couldn't ship to Iran, Russia and several countries, subject to legal, logistic and different limitations. We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain jurisdictions.
  • Delivery Estimates: Any dates quoted for delivery are estimates only. We are not liable for any delays in delivery, especially those caused by customs or third-party shipping carriers.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all Products purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the Products to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.


5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: Our policy permits returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our separate Returns Policy. All returned items must be in original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Shipping Costs for Returns: For international returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any customs duties or taxes incurred on the return shipment.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Intellectual Property

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Qingdao Summing Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. 
 

7. Limitation of Liability

 To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, in no event shall Qingdao Summing Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the website; (iii) any products purchased; or (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage. 

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Products, or the Website shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Qingdao in accordance with the rules of arbitration. Notwithstanding this, for residents outside of Qingdao, China, mandatory consumer protection laws in the country of your residence may apply and supersede this clause in whole or in part.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
