Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw this contract within 7 days without giving any reason.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period will expire after 7 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

3. Address

To exercise the right to withdraw, you must inform us Qingdao Summing Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd via mail [email protected] and [email protected] of your decision to withdraw this contract by a clear statement (e.g. mail or any instant communication). 

4. The Withdrawal Deadline

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired.

5. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw this contract, we will refund all payments that we received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs, that result from your choice of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer) immediately and at the latest fourteen days from the day we received your notification of your withdrawal of this contract. For the refund we will use the same payment method which you originally used for this transaction unless we expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund in any case.

6. Right of Retention

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

7. Return Shipping

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at address of No. 20 Zhuzhou Road, Laoshan District, Qingdao, China for Ms. Julia without undue delay and in any event not later than 10 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 10 days has expired.

8. Costs of Return Shipping

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

9. Value Replacement for the Delivery of Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
